West Hawk Associates draws on the services of a select group of seasoned communications professionals. David Wylynko is our principal, providing writing, editing, research, design, and coordination services. David has 20 years of professional experience. He possesses a Journalism Degree from Carleton University and a Master of Literature degree from Queen's University. Previously, David worked for several years as a journalist and as a communications advisor in government and the private sector. David named the company for his family's summer home on West Hawk Lake.

James Hrynyshyn is our senior associate, providing writing, editing, graphic design, web design and coordination services. James has 20 years of professional writing and editing experience. He possesses a Journalism degree from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia. James has worked for major Canadian and U.S. newspapers and magazines.
